Chris Moore is a native Arkansan, Veteran, and small business owner. After serving in the United States Navy, Chris returned home to attend the University of Arkansas. He started his first small business, Fast Lane Entertainment, in 2008. He continued to build two more small businesses before running and being elected Mayor of Lowell.

As Mayor, Chris Moore has kept his promise to make Lowell government cut taxes, spend smarter, and be customer service friendly. Lowell has been able to prioritize law enforcement spending, invested over two million dollars in expanded/improved roads and city parks, eliminated the A & P tax, and put money in rainy day savings. With his focus on customer service, Mayor Moore has worked to help existing businesses expand and bring 238 new businesses to Lowell.

Chris and his wife Katie, have three children, Ellie 15, Foster 13, and Amelia 7. The family attend Cross Church and enjoy spending time in the children's sports programs.
